Lobo Security Solutions was founded on a simple realisation: homeowners should be able to travel for business or leisure without worrying about their property, animals, or loved ones staying behind. This principle shaped my vision to deliver a reliable, honest, and proactive service focused on maintaining the safety, comfort, and privacy of every client.
I provide professional security and property‑care services across England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales — 365 days a year, including bank holidays.
My bespoke services include property management, home care for loved ones or friends staying on your property, livestock monitoring, and comprehensive pet care. As an SIA‑licensed and fully insured professional, I can also deploy trained patrol dogs to enhance on‑site security when required.
I understand that granting someone access to your property while you’re away can feel daunting. That’s why I operate with complete transparency and treat your home, animals, and land with the same respect and care I give my own. For added reassurance, I offer daily email updates, WhatsApp photos or videos, and scheduled calls at a time that suits you.

GENERAL CLEANING: DUSTING, VACUUMING, MOPPING FLOORS, POLISHING FURNITURE, AND SANITIZING BATHROOMS AND KITCHENS.
LAUNDRY & LINEN: WASHING, DRYING, IRONING AND FOLDING, CHANGING BED SHEETS, AND REPLACING TOWELS.
ORGANISATION & TIDYING: EMPTYING BINS AND DISPOSING OF RUBBISH IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
STOCK & INVENTORY: TRACKING HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES, CLEANING PRODUCTS, AND RESTOCKING ITEMS LIKE TOILETRIES.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES: THESE CAN INCLUDE RUNNING ERRANDS. GROCERY SHOPPING, COOKING OR MANAGING TRADES PEOPLE.

Rural & Livestock Watching
As a livestock watcher I am responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and security of animals grazing on people’s land. My role is to do regular patrols or if required camp out by the field (24hr care) to check on animals, monitor their environment and report any issues back to my clients. Also (if required) as a security dog handler team I can provide an immediate response, providing you with a high level of security that will be a deterrent against trespassers and theft.

DAILY HEALTH & BEHAVIOUR CHECKS: OBSERVING BEHAVIOUR, APPETITE AND CUDDING, PHYSICAL APPEARANCE & MOBILITY CHECKS, CHECKING BODY CONDITION AND SCOURING.
WATER & FEED INSPECTION: CHECKING WATER AVAILABLIITY, WATER QUALITY & MONITORING FEEEDERS. ENSURING MINERAL BLOCKS ARE AVAILABLE.
FENCING & INFASTRUCTURE: BOUNDARY SECURITY & SHLETER/SHADE CHECKS.
ENVIORNMENTAL & SEASONAL CHECKS: MONITORING FOR HEAT STRESS OR COLD STRESS & PROVIDE SHELTER ACCORDINGLY.
SAFETY & SECURITY: CHECKING FOR PREDATOR DAMAGE WITH PATROL DOGS & ENSURING NO ANIMALS ARE MISSING OR INJURED.
EMERGENCY & RECORD KEEPING: KEEP LOCAL VETERNARIAN & OWNER PHONE NUMBERS, NOTE ANY CHANGES IN BEHAVIOUR, FEED INTAKE OR INJURIES & CHECK FOR LOST EARS TAGS.

HEALTH MONITORING: CHECKING FOR HEALTH ISSUES, ADMINISTERING MEDICATION & TAKING THEM TO THE VETS IF NECESSARY.
HYGIENE & MAINTENANCE: CLEANING LITTER TRAYS, CAGES, PENS & GROOMING/BATHING.
SAFETY & SECURITY: ENSURING YOUR PET IS SAFE FROM HARM & THAT THE OWNER'S HOUSE IS SECURE.
COMMUNICATION: WILL PROVIDE REGULAR UPDATES, PHOTOS, VIDEOS & MESSAGES TO THE PET OWNER TO KEEP THEM INFORMED.

Extras
Please Bear In Mind:
If you return after 3:00pm on the day I am due to leave, you will be charged an extra day. However, the charge for an additional day only applies if the extended time is going to exceed one hour.
Travel costs: I do charge for travel; it is calculated by how many miles I drive
Bank Holidays: I am available to help 365 days a year, including all bank holidays (yes that includes Christmas/New year’s). However, there is a small surcharge per day for all bank holidays.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for: If you can’t see what you need on the list of extra’s, please don’t worry, my services are all bespoke, so there is a lot of flexibility to cater for most requests. So just ask and I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.
I never add costs unless agreed in advance.
